Painted planks
The painted high quality planks produced by the company are used for the outside finishing. The offered planks are of various profiles. Modern equipment and innovative technical solutions are used for the production of the planks. In 2008 the company has installed a vacuum painting system “M akor". The efficiency of this system is 2000 m3 per month.Vacuum painting is the latest technology for painting of the profiled wood. This method is of higher quality and quicker than other conventional methods. Painting is performed in a vacuum chamber where paint is spread. Due to this technology all surfaces of the wood are evenly covered with paint. Vacuum painting method ensures wood surface resistance to climate effects and protects it from the mould spores.Pine, Nordic spruce and Siberian larch wood is used for the production of planks.The workpieces are painted with the worldknown German “Sikkens" paint.
Larch and pine timber is used for the production of exterior planks. Glued various sizes structural wood fits for interior and exterior constructive. Timber up for furniture making is glued according to high quality specifications.
Glued-wood beam
The high quality glued-wood beams produced by the company are used for the production ot windows and doors. The production is manufactured in modern plants equipped with the machines from “Weining Group" applying leading-edge production technologies which eliminate the risk of possible mistakes to the maximum. Only high quality pine and Siberian larch wood, humidity 10-12%. is used for the production of beams.The glued-wood beams may be finger-jointed and of a fixed-length. Beams are glued with the D-4 class glues which are resistant to moisture and satisfy the requirements of EN204/205 standards. The finger-jointed beams are made of three planed glued lamellas, each of them is glued of separate finger-jointed wood pieces, however. wood defects must be eliminated in the first place.
Fixed-length beams are made of lamellas without any defects or finger joints in the outside layers of the beam. Beams are glued in cold process presses.
In 2008 the company has established a new plant for the production of glued wood. Modern „Luxscan“, „Greton“, „Hydromat“ and other equipment is instaled here. The efficiency of the plant is 1000 m3 of high quality glued beams.
Terrace and floor planks
High quality Siberian larch timber, solidity, durability and resistant to mechanical violation marked, is used for the terrace planks production. Two types of the terrace planks are produced: flat or wawy with slots.
