It is organized by General Council, Creabois Isere (association from the wood industry) and CAUE (the architecture, urban and environment council) and it had a particular character, celebrating its tenth anniversary. 5 projects had been rewarded in categories such as: “private institution open to audience”, “individual house”, “ collective accommodation”. For this anniversary edition, 33 wooden constructions have run the trophies with important projects.
The trophies have been intended as follows:
·Home Eco à Clelles – Category : “private institution open to audience”
·La Vierge bleue à La Tonche – Category : “individual house”
·Les Alouettes à Mens – Categorie : Collective accommodation. Group of 3 social accommodation
·L'école de Briè-et-Angonnes – Category : private institution open to audience Le gymnase Charlaix à Meylan - Category : private institution open to audience.
Beginning to 2000, 138 files have been presented at wooden trophies by 50 architects and 70 companies. 8 conferences have been organized from 2002, having important guests, architects and other professionals from the wood industry. At this time, wooden construction is related to the procedure of sustainable development of General Council. Events as Wood Conference, Wood Trophies have allowed supporting companies and their accomplishments.
