Believe it or not! Phemus Corporation the investment fund that is recorded at the same address as Harvard Management Company, the entuty of the prestigious American University of Harvard is the main shareholder of Romanian forests though the company Scolopax SRL from Focsani.
On April 1st, Scolopax SRL was listed as the biggest land owner in Romania. "We own aproximately 35 000 hectares of forests and 2 000 hectared of agricultral land", Rutgersson said.
