It will take place at Parc des Expositions d`Angers, between 15 and 18 of October 2010.
This year edition will face new tendencies, making possible discover the possibilities we have to use wood. Agora will be the most important place of the fair, where you can exchange opinions, information and inspiration. All the subjects that have to do with wood and forest will be approached.
French forest represents a diversified resource. It develops quickly and it represents an unexpected source of richness. For an annual increase of more than 90 millions m3 forests, only 50 millions are exploited. These forests have many species, which gives the opportunity to use the wood in your own house.
One didactic exhibition will allow seeing the most important wood species: maritime pine, oak, poplar, beech, spruce, larch, etc.
Renovation, isolation and wood heating. The firewood remains a trustful solution. The fair Maison Bois will reserve a space dedicated to alternative energy. Some exhibitions will present 39 models of houses, each of them illustrating one idea of using the wood. These new ideas are suitable in order to renew and adapt a new house to the rules, being original and creative in the same time.
