Finnish producers look for a land near St. Petersburg for the construction of a plant.
According to the experts, this will be a modern house-building factory. According to the Director-General of “A&A Group”, the quality of Finnish panels are much higher than Russian panels and the local market will benefit from the arrival of foreign companies.
According to the “Petersburg’s real estate”, now the share of the panel housing in the city is 19,4% against 80,2% of brick-monolithic.
The companies which produce panels in St. Petersburg are: “DSK-3” (production capacity: 250,000 m2 per year), which was acquired by Inteko Elena Baturina (DSC “Block” and “Gatchina”, production capacity – 600,000 m2 per year), “Lenstroymaterialy (“Gathina” SSC, production capacity 200,000 m2 per year).
