The Russian forestry economy will adopt another “Potyomkin’s reforms” related to the so-called “modernization”.
This year, the Russian government will try to implement the “project” planning principle, the financing and the development of Russian economy, selecting the most important projects.
One of these projects is project number 32 “The efficiency’s increase of forest resources”. It is assumed that, in the case of project’s adoption, the budget of the forest economy will remain constant and the financing will be distributed according a set of goals and predetermined tasks.
