The quick supply of renewable energy is the most important task for global energy and environmental politics. Renewable energy is in need of numerous supporters. Hence, the spread is a task that concerns all European countries.
Therefore, trade fair and congress organizer REECO GmbH has made it it’s duty to host trade fairs all around the topic of renewable energy, as well as energy efficient construction and renovation, not just in Germany but also in central, South-East and east Europe.
The first step was made through the RENEXPO® Central Europe, which was held for the second time by REECO Hungary Kft. in Budapest’s trade fair centre, this year in April. Now, this growth is to be continued in South-East and East Europe. In November 2008, REECO RO Expozitii SRL hosted the RENEXPO® South-East Europe in Bucharest for the first time. A further trade fair called, ENREG ENERGIE REGENERABILA® took place in March 2009 in Arad, Romania. Furthermore, in autumn, the RENEXPO Eastern Europe will take place for the first time in Kiev the capital city of Ukraine.
„We want to strengthen the growth of the REECO Group based in Reutlingen, Budapest, Bucharest and Adelaide further, and will thus continue to expand our dedication in central, South-East and East Europe by arranging leading trade fairs in the capital cities of these regions respectively. After Hungary and Romania, Ukraine is now our next target country.“ says manager Johann-Georg Roehm.
With almost 46 million residents, the Ukraine is the biggest country in Europe after Russia. The country has bridging qualities to many countries, and is therefore a central connecting node, through which many other countries can be approached, which makes Ukraine an ideal location for trade fairs. It is to be expected that a lot of distinct market impulses will spread from Ukraine into the whole eastern European and Asian region.
The RENEXPO® Eastern Europe will take place from November 3rd to November 5th 2009 at the exhibition center KyivExpoPlaza in Kiev. The Ukrainian company Euroindex Ltd. is partner and co-organizer. Euroindex is the largest Ukrainian organizer of trade fairs and is also co-owner of the exhibition grounds. „Being able to cooperate with the REECO group is a great success for us. We are sure that in 2009, together with REECO, we will successfully organize the first international trade fair in Ukraine dealing with alternative energies.“ says Valerii Pekar, president of Euroindex Ltd.
About 45 exhibitors from Ukraine as well as other countries such as Germany, Austria, Hungary, Russia, Romania and Turkey will present their products and services. Around 1.500 trade visitors are expected to come to inform themselves of the whole spectrum of renewable energies. The accompanying conference will assemble around 400 experts from politics, economy, associations and media as well as operators in the Ukrainian capital.
