The President of Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, signed a federal law "introducing changes in the Forest Code and in an individual acts of the Russian Federation", has declared the press service of the Kremlin.
The law was passed by Parliament on 11 February 2009 and approved by the Federation Council on 4 March 2009.
A large part of federal law is dedicated to the determination of the particularities of the justly regime of the green areas and sylvan parks, to the creation procedure of these areas and the prominence of functional areas from the forest parks, and also to the establishing and changing of the borders that represent green areas and forest parks.
