The organisers of Indiawood - Asia's largest platform for wood processing machines, accesories, raw materials and adiacent products, have planned a new event: Delhowood 2009.
It will take place between 12 - 15 february 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The development of the wood sector at the same time with the demand for wooden products has transformed this industry into a pillar for the Indian economy.
The demand from the market and the need to cover it have insured the growth of this sector, currently estimated at 4.4 billion usd.
Delhiwood 2009 is a complex expozition aimed torwards the need of the continously growing market. Its purpose is to showcase the latest technologies, such as machinery and accesories from all over the world.
A complete range of materials and finishings characteristic for this region is also featured, in order to create opportunities for new businesses.
Delhiwood will gather under the same roof enterprisers from North, North-East, Center and Southern India, as well as from South-Eastern Asia.
This event is planned in between other two Indiawood shows with the specific purpose of prezenting the latest discoveries in this sector.
