• Country houses, villas, cottages, cottage villages, restaurants,
hotels, country clubs, spas, rest homes and hunting base of Glued laminated timber beams are building parts made by gluing at least four planks of massive wood together, where the direction of grains are parallel. The main stages in the making of the glued laminated timber are: drying, strength grading and finger jointing of timber; planing of lamellas, gluing, forming and planing of beams; finishing and packing.

   Board fresh cut/dry pine, oak, other. Timber any cut.

   Please provide ex-Works price for raw Grade A and Grade B Pine Timber.

The size of the Grade A and Grade B samples should be:
• 30 mm x 80 mm x 1 meter for Notty Pine
• 30 mm x 80 mm x 1 meter for Non-Notty Pine
• 30 mm x 120 mm x 1 meter for Notyy Pine
• 30 mm x 120 mm x 1 meter for Non-Notty Pine

The sizes for the Container Load should be:
• 30 mm x 80 mm x 1 meter
• 30 mm x 80 mm x 1.5 meter
• 30 mm x 80 mm x 2 meter
• 30 mm x 120 mm x 1 meter
• 30 mm x 120 mm x 1.5 meter
• 30 mm x 120 mm x 2 meter
For the Container Load, please provide an equal percentage of each of the above lengths. Please provide costing for Grade A and Grade B raw timber per container.

Please indicate:
• The grade and quality of the wood
• Technical specifications
• Whether it is sold bark or without the bark
• What treatment has the wood undergone
• Which part of the bark is being priced (e.g. with the bark, only the centre part, etc.)
• Whether you can provide samples. If so, at what costs and quantities? Please indicate the payment process for the samples.
• What is your MOQ
• Whether both Notty Pine and Non-Notty Pine is Kiln dried?
• what is the maximum production capacity that you can handle?

Note:
• The pine wood will be primarily used in the manufacture of furniture
• Please ensure pricing is based on ex-Works pricing for Grade-A and Grade-B quality.

Could you please advise if you manufacture black or red pine row timber, first class dry? Dimensions of the board: 24/50x180-250x4000mm.
Timber must have phytosanitary certificate and technical data of the timber regarding the structure/composition of the timber (such as % of the water in the timber, mechanical strength, is it suitable for outdoor use, % of nodes/knots in the timber,…).
