   QUICK AND EASY TIMBER DRYING CONTAINER!
Want a way to kiln dry your firewood or pallets in 3-6 days instead of 6-12 months? Try a FLY40 Container Kiln. Your customers will love the dry, easy to light firewood while you have huge savings in inventory (drying time) and can produce and sell dry firewood in the middle of winter, when the other firewood dealers have run out of seasoned wood and are selling green wood. Whether if it’s producing kiln dried siding, or log cabin home parts, a dry kiln is needed to stabilize the wood before it can be machined and sold.
The addition of a kiln to heat treat and dry lumber reduces inventory time, kills insects, and gives the customer a premium product that is stable and easily worked.
If you need to heat treat your wood, this is the kiln for you! Available of two types container dimensions.
Our optional FLY40 Lumber Dry Kiln allows you to run this kiln as both a firewood kiln and a lumber kiln. To dry dimensional lumber, siding, flooring, pallets, timbers, poles.
Our timber drying chambers are like the conventional kind and make the drying process on an automatic and controlled way. They can be equipped with a solid fuel or gas heating system, whose calorific source is the circulation of hot water, a ventilation system, an air extraction system and an automatic control system.
The treatment of pallets (thermal shock) is a possible alternative for the use of our driers.

Operating Principle
FLY40 produces and markets easily transportable and versatile dryers to suit the needs of each client. These do not require much maintenance, are easy to install, are affordable, have high quality construction and high technical performance you do not need any more to invest in the foundation and basis for preparation and coordination of construction permits. The drying container is a used insulating container, which are made from aluminum and stainless steel, with polyurethane insulation. The operating principle lies in the introduction of heat into the drying chamber through radiators, which lowers the relative humidity of the circulating air, thus making the wood release its water. One dryer power demand is about 5.5 kW / h.

Loading Type
FLY40 offers two types of loading to drying chamber: by fork-lift trucks and by trolleys. Loading doors are book-style, which can have an access window for inspection inside the dryer. The loading capacities of one drying container can be from 26m3 to 53m3 per time.


Ventilation
FLY40 dryers have ventilators to make the air circulate. They are made of aluminium and placed in the false ceiling of the dryer. For wood that accepts higher drying speeds, then higher air circulation speeds may be used. Uniform air circulation inside the dryer is extremely important for proper and faster drying, and should this fail, it may result in increased drying time, as well as non-uniform drying of the wood, leading to mould, cracking or warping.
Heating
Heating of the drying chamber is made through radiators built in stainless steel tubes and aluminium fins. These radiators work with hot water produced in the boiler. They have a servomotor with a 3-way valve for regulating the amount of hot water fed into the dryer.

Exhaustion
FLY40 dryers have chimneys to extract the humid air and insert dry air. When the inside of the dryer is very humid, the chimneys open up in order to renew the air.

Control System
Lumber is dried in a series of stages and the rate of drying is monitored and controlled automatically with a simple controller.
To operate the kiln, you refer to a kiln drying schedule. The heat is increased incrementally according to that schedule. The schedule will refer to the moisture content in the wood, which is tested periodically by using a hand-held moisture meter. When the wood reaches a certain moisture content (according to the species being dried), the next set-point (temperature) is entered manually into the controller. This is done anywhere from once to six times depending on the wood species. You can dry down to any moisture content - even condition the wood if you’re going to be machining the wood for furniture or flooring.
Each dryer has an independent controller.

INDUSTRIAL SOLID AND BIOMASS HEATERS
Our company can offer industrial boilers with automatic feeding of fuel or not. Burning incan be used to this species belonging of renewable energy fuels (biofuels): wood, waste wood, sawdust briquettes, wood chips, sawdust, corn, grain waste, other attempts todetermine the appropriate fuel.
The boilers also burning coal, peat briquettes and peat pellets. This fuel is notclassified as renewable energies.
Also we can offer industrial boilers fired with granulated fuel, and burners. These boilers are suitable for all types of granulated fuel which is produced from wood sawdust, sunflower, rapeseed and straw feedstock.
